New Fact Sheets on Americans with Disabilities Amendments and
Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenci Mental Health Parity and Addiction
Equity Acts
CHADD’s Public Policy Staff has developed two fact sheets on the
Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act (ADAAA) and the Paul
Wellstone and Pete Domenci Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity
Acts (MH Parity). These short fact sheets provide individuals with
information regarding why the new laws was needed, the date the changes
go into effect and how these laws will impact people with AD/HD and
related disorders.
